I’m a Communication Consultant, trainer, coach, and mentor at All Things IC.

My professional career has seen me develop a passion for helping communicators succeed in their roles and recognise their full potential.

I’ve worked across aviation, defence, charity, and manufacturing sectors, developing expertise in overcoming challenges within complex organisations.

Beyond the workplace, I actively engage in initiatives that contribute to the growth of the internal communication community. I'm the volunteer Network Lead for the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC) South West Network.
